Finding anything that is of a good standard, is centrally located in Colombo and is available at a reasonable price is next to impossible. Services & Location Our annexe is a self-contained single bedroom apartment with a sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV, has air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom, and free wi-fi. It is situated in the best area of Colombo, known as Cinnamon Gardens, and is within walking distance of Sinhalese Sports Club Cricket grounds which is often used as a venue for international Cricket matches. Other international Cricketing venues are just a short taxi-ride away. Other important venues like the BMICH, Royal Colombo Golf Club, Mahinda Rajapakse Theatre (Nelum Pokuna) and the National Museum are nearby. Bed-linen, crockery and cutlery are provided. Transport to and from the airport can be arranged on request. Minimum period of stay is two nights. The rental rate is $50 per night for two nights, or $40 per night for three nights or more.
